Blueberry, Cauliflower and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or any berries)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (or any leafy green)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 date (or drizzle of honey, maple syrup, or omit)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (or hemp seeds, flax meal)
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk (or any nut milk)
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  • Add cashew milk to blender, then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well until consistency is smooth. Enjoy!
